Authentic Self

What is our daily minimum requirement for living an authentic, spiritual life?

What does it ask of us to be honest with our selves; to be loyal to ourselves; to be loving and kind to ourselves?

It is in asking and answering these questions that we open the door to our well-being. The door to living an authentic life, happy, healthy and clear-seeing

Everything begins with the self. It is the self that holds all of our doubts and fears; it carries all of our pain. It is through the healing of this relationship, that we embrace the power to choose authentic, spiritual change

A change to bring ourselves to life; to live fearlessly authentic and true; to no longer trade our authenticity, for the approval of what another might do.

When we are living at odds within, we are living in duplicity. Until we are willing to know what is true, we cultivate our own complicity

We will never be at ease with our selves, until we choose to accept and approve, of who we are, how we feel and what we know we need to do

This may seem overwhelming; a larger-than-life ordeal; yet this is the path to healing and wholeness; to living our spiritual ideal

We cannot run away from ourselves, no matter how hard we try. The parts of self will always catch up, as these are the parts that carry our why’s.

The why’s we have abandoned ourselves, the why’s we have betrayed; the why’s we have left ourselves behind, to live lives unknowing and afraid

This is the understanding that is needed each day, to manifest the opportunities to set ourselves free. Free to become who we are meant to be by accepting ourselves in our totality

So, lets walk the walk of courage and of truth, willing to see what we see, about who we are, how we feel and who we choose to be

The daily, minimum requirement may be surprising as to how simple it could be; the choice to begin accepting ourselves. This is the door’s master key.
