Balance
Balance is a principle that seems hard for many of us to perceive and understand. A principle that brings to question our innate ability to create our peace and tranquility firsthand.
It represents two sides that are eternal in life; the distribution of forces that may create contentment or strife.
Balance is not something that we can hope to find somewhere out there. It is created through our choices, through what we proclaim and what we declare.
It lives within a state of inner harmony, honoring both sides. The inherent contrast of letting in and letting go, allowing both to serve as our guides.
Creating balance in life requires a willingness to embrace motion and flow. The willingness to allow whatever is; letting go of the need to control. Balance restores circulation.
To acknowledge in the present moment when balance has been lost or mislaid creates an empowering opportunity to recognize where we have strayed.
Where we have strayed from choosing to live a healthy, happy life, to one that creates an inner battle, full of turmoil and full of strife.
We are the creators of our imbalance, our discord and unrest. We are the ones who hold the power to choose what we manifest.
Restoring balance to our lives is as simple as integrating all sides, the good, the bad, the light, the dark, embracing all that these provide.
Balance is not fixed, it is rhythmic, it is alive. To live in balance, we must embrace this truth and through inner harmony, we grow and thrive.
