Present Moment

When we choose to genuinely experience life in the present moment, what we experience is uniquely our own. It is through that experience, we then bring to life, what becomes known.

Nothing from yesterday can lesson this moment, not for me or for you. There is no moment that is less than in life, unless we make it true. Reality lives in the here and the now.  Whatever we make of it, is what we allow.

All of life is happening perfectly in this present moment. It is the place, where our worlds come together, with the opportunity to choose to create for ourselves, a world full of pain or a world full of pleasure. 

The past, the present and the future become one in the present moment; if we choose to receive it. Do we embrace this gift in acceptance and rejoicing or do we embrace it in resistance and grieve it?

 Live neither in the past, nor in the future for there is nothing for us there. The point of power is this present moment; live here and be aware.

 What we choose to do with this present moment, is the creative force in our life. There is only one moment in which we truly live; it is the here and the now. Nothing is worth more than this moment; for it offers the what, the why and the how.

 Only the present moment is real; all else is an illusion. To live life in the present moment is our greatest contribution. We are responsible for what we create and within that is a profound recognition; living life consciously creating lead’s ultimately to our soul’s evolution.
